Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.


Return conditions for good quality products

You can return or exchange an item if:
  • the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
  • the product is fully completed and the factory packaging is preserved;
  • all labels and factory markings retained;
  • the product retains its marketable appearance and its consumer properties.


According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
